Presently working as Vice Chancellor of Kalinga University—a prestigious institution of Raipur (Chhattisgarh), he has served in many reputed educational organizations and universities at important positions.
Foresightedness and vision is a part of his character and that lends him success in all walks of life. Master of an agile personality and blessed with exuberant motivational and public relations skills, Dr Patnaaik has achieved many landmarks in his career.
